His blind eyes are opened
to the flash of dawn.
New day is coming
but he won’t see the sun.
The whole world dies
with that one who dies in vain.
The sun won’t shine for him,
the moon won’t rise again.
The dead-end of the grave
is his new fate, his destiny.
His ears are deaf, his mind is dead,
his eyes are blind to see,
his arms are doubled up with pain,
he won’t feel again.
They have killed him,
they’ve run through him
with heavy leaden rain.
One ruined life. Is it enough?
One cut short song, one buried love,
one murdered hate. They did betray,
they’ve took his life for their own game.
Do you see him so young and dead?
Just helpless puppet of the mad.
